I had a very good stay at this hotel. The location, although not right in the city center, was still convenient, with the train station just a 3-minute walk away. This made it easy for me to explore Stuttgart. The staff were friendly and the service was top notch, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and sufficient, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also impressive, with a variety of options including different kinds of cheese, bread, and fruits. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in providing a delicious breakfast.
No major issues were mentioned, indicating a satisfactory experience.

We had booked the hotel as a stopover on our trip to Italy. Arrived late but with the machine for the key everything worked out fine. We had booked room 304 as a family room with four-poster bed. That was not only very nice but also very comfortable. We slept very well! The children also felt very comfortable in the two beds in the gallery. Everything was furnished in a very nice style and with pleasant, high-quality materials. Well rested we enjoyed the great buffet the next day. Homemade bread and rolls, salmon, interesting cheeses out of standard, very nice service - everything was great. A nice gesture was also that the mineral water in the room was free of charge and also the first morning coffee and tea was quickly made with the water boiler. During the stay and also in the run-up when we asked for information, we had very pleasant contacts with the staff.
Only the bathroom was a bit small.

Location perfect as everything is within walking distance. In about 20 min. with S-Bahn in Stuttgart. Breakfast is varied, allergy sufferers are also considered when it comes to room distribution and breakfast. We had a family suite deluxe and I felt like I was in a honeymoon suite: four-poster bed, nicely decorated, well and more than adequately furnished. Even bathrobes, body lotion, conditioners etc. were available in large quantities. Non smoking room. For smokers there are rooms with a balcony. Everything great. Breakfast is always refilled when something is missing. If you ask for something, you get it. Really very accommodating.
what do you want me to criticize? everything was great. rolls and bread at breakfast were in miniature, looked nice to the eye. it was abundant, one had to get several rolls / bread slices until one was full. if the slices and bread roll are bigger, one does not have to walk and load so often. it also does not look so nice at the buffet. for the children rafaelo was missing on the bed (was only available for us adults). The advertised slippers were not there either. But that is high level criticism. We didn't need that anyway. Everything we needed was there for us - even a lot more.

During New Year, this hotel offered two amazing things: a beautiful view of the fireworks from the rooms and a festive buffet breakfast. the location was also great, as it was close to several restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the rooms which were always well-maintained.
One of the worst aspects of this hotel was the noise level. the walls were thin and noise easily traveled from the outside and from other rooms.

The hotel's location is perfect for early morning visits to the zoo. It's very close to the railway station and within walking distance of all sorts of restaurants. the rooms are modern, with lovely bathrooms, and exceptional service. Breakfast is very good with various options. the hotel is also smoke-free and has speedy, reliable internet.
The pillow is too soft for those who prefer firm pillows.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Plochingen! the location was perfect- it was so close to the train station and within walking distance of all sorts of restaurants. This made it really convenient for exploring the city and trying out different cuisines. Secondly, the staff were really nice and helpful throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. Lastly, the breakfast provided had plenty of choices and was a great way to start the day. I found this hotel to be value for money with basic amenities and clean rooms.
Everything was just fine.

The hotel location was very convenient, close to many restaurants and shops. It also had a 24-hour check-in machine available, which was very practical. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the Wi-Fi connection was free and high-speed, perfect for business travelers.
The noise level in the surrounding area could be quite high, making it difficult to sleep at night. there was no on-site restaurant, which meant having to go out and find a place to eat.
